Orders

Orders for goods and services of our company can be placed by phone, fax and e-mail. All costs associated with the delivery of equipment and assembly are covered by Proinvest Sp. z o.o. Ordered goods can also be picked up in person at our company's headquarters in Opole. Products are sent via a forwarding company to the address given by the customer. In the event of non-compliance of the goods or invoice, the complaint should be submitted at the time of receipt of the goods in the presence of the courier of the forwarding company. The company Proinvest Sp. z o.o. should be informed of this fact no later than 2 hours from the time of delivery.

Payment methods

Payments can only be made via a bank account. For some orders, a deposit is required to purchase equipment. The amount of the deposit is determined individually. The condition of the sale is the payment of the entire amount of the deposit, at the latest at the time of placing the order.
